8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients and set
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Stir until blended. Fill muffin
tins 1/2 full with cake batter. Spoon filling into each muffin tin.
(Batter will rise) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Yield: 24 muffins
