This Web Page located somewhere on the Internet, is to inform you about what a typical Congressional Bill goes through (usually the House of Representatives and the Senate) to become a law of the United States of America. However of the many bills that originate on the floor of the House or Senate most of the bills will not even grace the President's desk. Isn’t it amazing how Congress doesn’t seem to get anything done, but they are actually doing some thing, not just wasting the taxpayer's dollar.
