[Whistle graphic] Hacking the Whistle InterJet
Battery notes

Cliff Erickson writes:

"Cracking the case of my 140 reveals a compact sealed lead acid battery. I was pleased that it is intact and not leaking.

The battery is placed for easy replacement. It is placed above the circuit boards. If it leaks serious damage could occur. I'll be thinking about replacing it next year, just like the car battery.

Interstate Batteries: (list $18.00) -- your price $15.30 at this URL."
