Deposits

Upon making a reservation with The Herrington House, it is our policy to collect for the first night. A credit card is required to secure a reservation or a guest may send a check to the The Herrington House within 10 days from the date of making the reservation.

Payments

Payments must be prearranged, since we cannot be present upon your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable if The Herrington House is notified fourteen (14) days in advance of the schedule date of arrival, otherwise all deposits are non refundable.

Check-In Time

Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 P.M. on your date of arrival.

Check-Out Time

Check-out time is by 12:00 noon on your departing date.
