Donna and Mike were married on October 28, 2000 at Bear Mountain State Park, New York. We traveled down from our home in Anchorage, Alaska to celebrate with our family and friends. For those who can't visit us up here to hear the stories and view our album, in these pages we share photos*, music, and other memories from our ceremony. We planned the ceremony for a granite ledge off the summit of Bear Mountain, under a gnarled pitch pine. This spot 1,300 feet above the Hudson River overlooked the mountains and valleys near our family homes. The landscape was reddish - orange with late autumn leaves. (Mike Rehberg photo) |

This beautiful day was made possible with the help of our talented and generous friends and family who handled logistics across 4 time zones, read scripture lessons, made toasts, handed out roses, drove our fancy Cadillac, took photographs on the mountain or made music in the chapel. Special thanks to everyone who herded outside for our beautiful group photo and everyone who got up and danced with the band! |
