Facilities: All paying guests have access to 3 shared bathrooms, sunroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms, house phone, internet center ($2 per 15min), laundry center ($4 for wash + dry) storage and on-site parking. The house has 4 Novarra mountain bikes ($3/hour) which can be used by all guests (helmet and release required) as available. While you are traveling outside of Anchorage, secure on-site storage of luggage, backpacks, gear bags, kayaks, and bicycles is available for $2 per item per day.

Reservations: Can be made by email, phone or fax and require valid credit card (visa, mastercard, american express) and minimum deposit (cash or check) of one night's stay. For multiple night reservation, a deposit of 50% of total price is required. Balance of payment is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: minimum one week notice required (prior to scheduled arrival time) to avoid losing your 50% deposit. If we can fill your bed space with other paying customers for the nights of a cancelled reservation, we will not charge for those nights.

Groups: For groups of five persons and larger, a full deposit is required to hold the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival.
