New/Upgrade Wastewater Systems

A typical package includes logging a deep, machine excavated test hole, and providing design information and inspections as the work progresses. We are happy to work with owner-installers as well as professional excavators, and can provide a list of recommended contractors. After the installation, ADEC forms are filled out, a septic system asbuilt and testhole log are prepared, and a copy of the package is filed at ADEC. A Professional Engineer’s verification letter, if required by a lender, is also available. Surveyor’s asbuilts may be coordinated through our office. Commercial properties require substantially more in-depth design, call for a quote. We offer:

Testing reveals what works well and what doesn’t, and this information is reflected in our designs for conventional, alternative mounded/lifted and innovative septic systems. Our experience has taken us to most local developed areas, and we often can provide insight to expected conditions prior to digging.

Private, residential water supply systems typically do not require design by an Engineer, unless there is requirement for a water storage system or the property is multi-family. We have designed numerous commercial water supply systems and water storage systems. Please contact us for a quote.
