We are a small, family owned and operated business with an emphasis on providing excellent service to our customers. Holler Engineering was founded in August of 1997 by Curtis E. Holler, P.E., as a side business. After much positive feedback and exponential growth, operation of the company became a full time commitment in December of 1998. Our staff has worked as engineers in the Eagle River/Palmer/Wasilla/ Houston/Willow area since 1993, providing civil engineering design and test services on over 800 properties. All of our people are longtime locals with firm roots in the community. Individual Resumes are available on request.
Our office is fully computerized, using the best technology available whenever possible. Staff are available during most field excursions via digital PCS cell phones which also receive E-mail and act as beepers. An important part of providing great service is staying in touch, particularly when most jobs last less than 2 days.
Short notice laboratory soil sieve analysis is available when required and can save time spent coordinating with another lab.
We try to maintain an "open door/open phone" policy while protecting proprietary information for our clients. Our list of preferred contractors has taken years to develop and can help you avoid the hassle of finding a true professional for your projects. Clyde D. Dog
No profile would be complete without mentioning Clyde D. Dog, who is an ambassador for Holler Engineering. Clyde now has two years of experience as a jobsite greeter and inspector, and has really progressed from his humble beginnings as a pound pup. When off duty, Clyde can be found flying, hiking, mountain climbing, kayaking , bikejoring or skijoring with other company personnel, and furthering his successful skijor racing career (1st, 2nd and 5th place finishes in local races).
