Soldotna Alaska (rooms only) Hotel Accommodations, Fishing Guide
Service and RV Park on the Kenai River
The Alaska RIVER VIEW LODGE opened in the spring of 1993 and is located on the banks of the world famous Kenai river in Soldotna Only 150 miles ( 20 minutes by air) south of Alaska's Largest City, Anchorage. Soldotna is 13 miles east of Kenai, sixty miles north of Homer and 68 miles south west of Seward. If you choose to drive from Anchorage to Soldotna, rental cars or RV's are available in Anchorage. The two and a half to three hour drive to Soldotna is very beautiful and offers many sights along the way well worth stopping and enjoying. If you fly to Kenai ( the nearest commercial airport to Soldotna ) rental cars or cabs are available for the 13 mile drive to The Hotel and RV Park
Thirteen of the 15 hotel units are spacious and carpeted with private bath and shower, TV , and two (2) queen size beds. Two hotel units are apartments and have a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, living rooms with queen hide-a-bed sofas and kitchenettes. Ten hotel units overlook the famous Kenai River and offer inside and direct outside room access. Five of which are on the upper floor and provide private balconies and five units on the lower floor offer covered porches. The remaining five units have inside room access only and do not have a direct view of the river. One room is handicapped bathroom equipped.
