Hotel and RV Park guests have access to the river for fishing from our property
Room Descriptions and Definitions
Single Hotel Rooms offers a Queen bed for up to two persons per room.
Double Hotel rooms have 2 Full beds for up to four persons per room.
Hotel Suites have one King, one full size bed, and a Queen Hide-a-bed sofa for up to six persons per room. The Suites have access to the rooms on either side.
RiverSide House Hotel guests are invited to join us for continental breakfast.
Extra Person
Charge
Extra persons per room (12 years or older ) are charged at
$10.00 each per day.
Children under 12 years of age stay free when accompanied by an adult.
Extra Roll-A-Beds or baby cribs are available at $10.00 each per day.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit and a signed confirmation statement to
confirm a hotel Reservation.
- Reservations cancelled before 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a refund of 75% of the deposit amount.
*Discounts Policy
July of each year is defined as our Peak Season. No Discounts are offered during this period. Hotel reservations made through or by a booking or travel agency are exempt from all discounts year round.
No Discounts on are offered on Suites or Jacuzzi rooms.Discounts not available for RV Space rental.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome and there is a $25.00 deposit required for each
pet.
Phone Policy
There is a $25.00 phone deposit required to activate the phone
and a $.50 (50 cent) charge for each local and long distance call.
Long distance calls not charged to a credit card are surcharged 25% by The Alaska Riverside House.

time is 12:00 noon
