Accommodations include comfortable tent camps,
wilderness lodges, quaint cottages or local bed and breakfasts. We provide all meals, group expedition equipment, bush plane charter and ground shuttles from gateway cities.
For best availability, we recommend reserving your adventure early to ensure the trip and dates of your choice.
Although we offer scheduled trip departures, we accommodate custom trip dates whenever possible. Please contact us for specific trip departure dates.
We simply ask you to bring a spirit of adventure when you book with us. Although no prior experience is required,
our adventures are often physical and may require carrying a backpack, hiking and high elevations or paddling a wilderness river. Ask our adventure specialist for details at

There is no charge for having your travel agent arrange your reservations with Alaska World Wide Adventures. However, if you prefer to speak with us directly follow one of these procedures:
The easiest way to join an adventure is to charge your deposit by phone. Call toll free 1-888-842-2964 and one of our adventure specialists will confirm your reservation.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a return email address and fax number or mail address. We'll answer your questions by email and fax or send you a reservation form and itinerary.
Fax your request to 1-907-344-6877 and we'll fax back your information with a reservation form for you to return.

A deposit equal to 50% of trip cost is required to secure
your reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. All reservations made within 60 days of departures require full payment at the time of booking.
Personal check, Visa or Mastercard accepted. A detailed information packet will be mailed to you upon receipt of deposit.
All deposits and payments will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee ($250 for international trips) with 60 days written notice. Cancellations less than 60 days but more
that 30 days are subject to a 50% cancelation charge. All cancellations received less than 30 days prior to trip departure are not subject to refund.
In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control that prevent or jeopardize the safety in
conducting our scheduled itinerary, every effort will be taken to arrange an alternative. Extra costs will be at the expense of the participants. If adjustments are made due to
the same considerations, refunds are not made for unused services or changes in the itinerary.
Alaska World Wide Adventures carries full liability insurance. We do recommend our guests purchase trip cancellation insurance in case of an interruption in their
travel plans. Insurance information is included in your confirmation packet.
