The Booster Club
The Booster Club provides support to the ski team so our skiers can have the best possible ski year. We make sure the skiers have snack on race days, have purchased a tent to keep the team warm, help at races, host the BBQ and Banquet and many more small and not so small tasks. |

Did you pay your Team Fee? The team fee is collected by the South Anchorage XC Skiing Boosters. It is used to pay for wax, wax benches, Regions Barbecue, awards, post-season Banquet, Spaghetti Feed paper supplies, Race Tent, other equipment and much more. We are asking for $40 per skier but you are always welcome to give more to the team! Make checks payable to South XC Boosters. Give your check to Sara Miller or Blythe Campbell |

EXTREME BBQing: Thanks to the Hanscam’s and all who helped at the Regions BBQ. That really adds to the atmosphere and fun of Regions Tent News Thanks to all who make the tent happen. The Hoeflers for bringing the tent to Kincaid and the Hillhouse/Patterson family for taking it home. And to the BBQ Crew and all the skiers that helped with set-up and take down. If you’re a skier and haven't helped set up the tent yet - come to state ready to help! |

You can still help South is hosting an Aid Station for the Tour of Anchorage Sunday, March 2 Lots of fun. IF you’re not skiing the Tour you might as well support your Team and enjoy the day cheering on the skiers and passing out water, sport drink etc. Call Tara Orley 344-8304 State Championship South is in charge of Athlete care. This means taking off bibs, giving kids blankets, etc. Call Janet Dougherty, 337-4253 to help at the State Meet. Banquet March 4th, 6 PM - if you want to help call Ellen Kirchner, 345-0336 |
