Helpful tips at
the top of the Agent pages remind you of each Agent's capabilities and
give you information about your current activity.
If you are having problems
using the InterJet, check the InterJet's online Help feature. Click
the blue question mark button labeled Help on any InterJet
page in your browser to access the general Help system. In addition,
many pages have a Help button at the bottom of the page that
allows you to access context-sensitive Help. You may need to scroll
to see the Help button.
Refer to the Administrator's
Guide Appendix A for tips on how to deal with common problems.
The Release Notes for
the current version of the software provide usage tips and information
on known problems. You can access the latest Release Notes from the
Whistle Agent, as described in the Administrator's Guide.
Whistle provides
online support tips and answers on the Internet. Get answers to your
InterJet questions, productivity hints, and up-to-date information
from the Whistle Communications Support Wizard at www.whistle.com/support.
You can find online assistance
for applications bundled with the Whistle InterJet (Netscape Navigator,
Claris Home Page, and Eudora Light) by using the Help menus in each
application, or at the following Web sites:

for Netscape Navigator;
- www.eudora.com
for Eudora Light.
If you have not found
an answer to your question in the online Help or on the Internet,
contact your Internet service provider (ISP). The ISP is available
to verify connectivity settings, troubleshoot connection problems,
and for assistance setting up and using your InterJet. Note: Before
you call support, refer to Appendix A for tests you can perform to
identify the problem area.
If you have called your
ISP and continue to need assistance with the InterJet hardware or
software, or have damaged diskettes or manuals, call Whistle Communications
Technical Support at 1 900.555.4451. Whistle provides telephone assistance
Monday through Friday from 6 am to 3pm Pacific time. Assistance is
covered under your warranty during the warranty period, which is 1
year for hardware and 90 days for software. If your question is received
after your warranty period, you will incur a charge for Whistle-supplied
phone support and hardware repair.
