Email
Email cannot
be received by one or all InterJet clients.
Solution:
If no InterJet client is receiving
mail, check the Mail Agent/ Options for a forwarding address
- the address must be a valid, fully qualified domain name.
If you attempt to forward email to an invalid address, mail
will be returned to the sender, and the undeliverable mail
file will grow beyond the capacity of the mail storage space.
To correct the situation, clear the mail forwarding option
and/or correct the invalid forwarding address. You may also
need to reduce the Mail Agent/ Options field Hold Undeliverable
Mail to its shortest value.
Check to see
if the hard drive is full, or if a client's mail space has
reached its quota. Make sure clients remove email from the
server after receiving the email.
If one individual
cannot receive mail, check the user's personal Mail Agent/
Options page for an invalid mail forwarding address and
correct if necessary.
