Client Setup and Installation
You are installing a MacOS
client computer.
Solution:
If the InterJet's MacOS clients
are not browsing or seeing the InterJet in the Chooser,
look for a TCP/IP or MacTCP entry under the Apple menu/
Control Panel folder. If neither control panel is present,
use the MacOS Find File program to locate any copy of the
TCP/IP or MacTCP Control Panel. If a copy is present on
your computer, drag the TCP file into the root level of
Control Panel folder within the MacOS' System Folder. If
you do not find a copy on your computer, run the InterJet's
MacOS Installer program again.
If you do not have Netscape
installed on your MacOS computer, install Netscape from
either the InterJet's MacOS Installer or from the InterJet's
Software folder. To access the InterJet's Software folder,
use the Chooser, select the InterJet server and the Software
folder. Enter your InterJet name and password to gain access
to the InterJet. Within the Software folder, open the Netscape
folder and drag the Netscape files to your MacOS computer.
Reboot the MacOS client to
enable the network software.
