Continue to use the InterJet Troubleshooting Wizard by answering the questions that follow:

Upgrade

You are upgrading your Internet connection.

Solution:

If you have an InterJet 100, 120 or 200, you may use analog or ISDN connections to the Internet. No hardware change is required to change from analog to ISDN connections.

To upgrade from analog to ISDN connections, you must have at least WhistleWare version 1.1 or greater. Check your WhistleWare's System Agent/ System to determine if you have an appropriate WhistleWare Operating System on your InterJet. If not, download the latest version from your ISP's or Whistle's Internet site.

To upgrade to a synchronous connection, you must have an InterJet 200 and at least WhistleWare 2.x or greater. Contact your ISP to upgrade to the appropriate InterJet hardware and operating system.

If you have an InterJet 200, you may use any type of WAN connection - analog, ISDN, frame relay, or T1.
