You are installing a Windows

Solution:

|
|
You will need a TCP/IP driver
for the Windows 3.11 client. Download the TCP/IP stack from
Microsoft's Internet site and install the software.
- Go to ftp.microsoft/com/bussys/clients/wfw.
Click on the tcp32b.exe file and download it to a floppy.
- Copy the file to the Windows
3.11 client's hard drive and run the executable program.
- Double click the Network
Setup icon in the Network program group in Program Manager.
- Choose the Drivers button
to display the Network Drivers dialog box.
- Add Protocols, and choose
the option "unlisted or updated protocols". Click OK.
- Enter the path where the
files are stored and click OK.
- Once the TCP/IP protocol
appears on the left side, select it and go to set up.
- Either select DHCP, or
enter the IP configuration information manually.
- Select OK, close the program,
and reboot the Windows client.
Continue installation by using
an existing browser on the Windows client, or by installing
Netscape Navigator from the InterJet.
