Nestled in midtown, we are close to the Chester Creek green belt where you can walk or bike on the highway of trails. Within walking distance is Lake Otis duck pond, and Goose Lake, including a swimming area. Also within biking distance is the costal trail where you can see Alaska's own "Sleeping Lady" and other beautiful sights of Cook Inlet.
