Overview of Senator Huggins and UAA

Senator Huggins was appointed to the senate in 2004. In 2006, Senator Huggins provided some support for the University in the caucus. He was generous with his time in meeting with University students. However, in 2007 Senator Huggins voted against an amendment to increase UA funding.

In 2008, he was more supportive of the University as a member of the UA Finance Subcommittee and vice chair of the Senate Finance Committee. In 2009 and 2010 his support for the University continued as a member of the Senate Finance Committee. In 2011 his support was infrequent.
