Overview of Representative Keller and UAA

Representative Keller was named by Governor Palin on July 27, 2007 to replace Vic Kohring and he was subsequently elected to his current seat in 2009. In 2008 he sponsored HB353 which would require the University libraries to install Internet filtering software. HB353 did not pass. Representative Keller voted “no recommendation” for increasing funding for the WWAMI program. Representative Keller did not vote for or against HB78 which would have benefitted the nursing program
