Overview of Representative Johnson and UAA

In his first year, Representative Johnson supported the budget bills that were favorable to the University. He attended legislative luncheon at UAA in 2006. In 2008, he voted to amend HB353 as a member of the State Affairs Committee. HB353 would have required the University libraries to install Internet filtering software. HB353 did not pass. In 2011, his support for the University was infrequent.
