The Aerie is perched approx. 1000 feet above Turnagain Inlet, looking out at the Alaska Range. Views of Mt. Susitna, Mt. McKinley, and two volcanoes are seen from your private floor. Out the front door, nature trails await you in the Chugach Mountains. Literally at the end of the road, nature surrounds you at the Aerie. We frequently enjoy more sunny days than the Anchorage bowl. Many times the city is obscured by clouds while we bask in the sun! During the winter we are often above the temperature inversions, with 10-15 degree warmer days!

From Anchorage International Airport - take International Airport Drive to Minnesota Drive, turn right onto Minnesota. Follow Minnesota to Seward Highway - right onto Seward. Take Seward to Rabbit Creek Road exit, take a left on Rabbit Creek. Turn right on Golden View Drive, drive 1.4 miles to Bluebell (there is a dangerous intersection sign right before Bluebell - it's icy in the winter) - turn left. Bluebell curves to the right, take next left on Ashland. Ashland curves to the right, take next left on Rosemont. Rosemont deadends into Steamboat, take a right. The Aerie is at the end of Steamboat Drive, past the dead end sign. The driveway goes down to the right.
