Eielson Raven Football Lions Sponsorship April 23, 2008 Dear Eielson Raven Football Supporter, Imagine a cool, crisp August Day with sun shining on Buck Nystrom Field as 60 Black and Red Raven football players
charge onto the field to the cheer of hundreds of fans. If you attended any games of last year’s
exciting conference champion season, you get the picture. Our goal is to
continue that tradition of Raven football as it provides a memorable, positive
experience for our players, students and fans throughout the community at
large. We’re looking at yet another great year
of Raven Football. Your support as a business in the community is an essential part of making this happen. The Raven Football
Lions Club shoulders an enormous amount of the financial burden to equip the
players and provide for camps and clinics, maintain facilities and training
equipment, in addition to providing a rewarding experience for students and
fans. Our parent volunteers work countless hours to fulfill our mission: To
promote the highest level of achievement for Raven Football by providing
fundraising, volunteer support, communications and by fostering fellowship
between coaches, players & their families and the community at large. The Raven Football Lions have set high
goals for this year including funding a $15,000 improvement to the field and
player equipment, camps for players and providing additional training equipment
to bring our football team to a level playing field with other area schools.
This is in addition to the many things that the staff and players rely on the Raven
Football Lions for year after year. Dollars raised
from program advertising, website ads and banners are vital to our program and
directly impact the student athlete experience in a very positive way. Our Greatland
