Raven Football Lions

The Eielson Ravens Football Lions Club sole purpose is to support the needs of the Eielson Raven Football Program. By working together, the football program (student athletes, parents and volunteers) strive to provide each athlete with the necessary tools to train, compete, and be successful as a student athlete at Ben Eielson High School.

The Eielson Raven Lions Club is made up of a group of volunteers from the community who brainstorm, organize and conduct fundraising events to raise money to supplement the School District funds. In other words, every dollar raised through this organization goes directly to support our student football athletes.

Our fundraising goals for the 2010 season are $25,000. This will allow yearly equipment upgrades for our players and this years in season out of conference travel expenses.

Other long term capital items and projects which are under development are:

* rebuilding of playing surface
* weight room upgrades, continue to enhance
* field house development to include training room and new weight lifting area with equipment
* concession building
* field signage upgrades *completed fall 2009*
* replace 2nd set of jerseys
* player grants to camps and education scholarships.. continue for another year!!!!!

We would like to invite each of you to become a proud member of the Eielson Raven Football Lions and take part in supporting our students and administration as we work together to make Eielson Raven Football the best high school program in the state.

Other ways to assist are adding your company’s banner on our sidelines and brochures or direct donations.
