Seward Road Trip

August 7, Bus leaves at 7 a.m.

Game times at Seward Varsity at 12 p.m. Saturday

Anticipated return time on Sunday between 5 and 7 p.m. Pick up location will be Eielson High School

Road trip time. Long one ahead of us this week to Seward. We will be leaving at 7 am Friday. That means players packed ready to go loading on the bus by 6:30 a.m. at the high school.

Things players need to do before we go are. 1. Players will need financial support for meals. Friday on road, Saturday in Seward and Sunday return road trip meals. Please provide enough funds for your player to obtain food.

Player Needs:

Players should bring…

·        Cloths Sat and sunday with extra undergarments for Friday practice, game day and return travel - extra socks - pack garbage bag for wet cloths - it rains in Seward

·        Running shoes

·        Towel and shower supplies

·        All football gear - practice and game

·        Sleeping bag

·        food funds, snacks and travel day lunch if wanted

Players may also need if they choose…

·        Air mattress

·       Anything else to make their down time comfortable

We are traveling 14 hours each way by tour bus. We will be staying at Seward High School. We will look at food options that are affordable - ie Carrs, Fred Myers, Diamond mall etc. We need them to pack efficiently one gear bag, one cloths/sleeping bag, one backpack carry on. You are allowed to take your player after the game if you wish through coach notification at the field. We will have an estimated time of arrival Sunday set in advance and phone contact when we arrive in Nenana area by players for ride arrangements. More details will be forthcoming

We hope to hear some noise this weekend from our fans too.

Thank you for your support.
