Only 120 air miles from Anchorage, or take a 4 & l/2 hour scenic drive to Homer, then a short flight or boat trip across the bay. There is no need for your vehicle, as the small town is set up for the pedestrian. Swan House South B & B offers the perfect remote get-away.

NOTE: We highly recommend taking the flight over from Homer to Seldovia on Smokey Bay Air (10 minute flight) and the boat on your way back. The flights (Smokey Bay Air) are frequent across the bay daily from 7:00a.m. until 7:00p.m. Smokey Bay Air also offers flight-seeing trips. Add $20 per person (for the plane).

The Rainbow Connection (tour boat) departs once daily from Seldovia at 5:00p.m. We also recommend the Whale Watching Tour ($75.pp from Seldovia) that Rainbow has to offer, departing Seldovia daily at 10:00a.m. You are sure to see more whales here that any other tour in Alaska!

Cancellation and refund policy: We are a small inn and last minute cancellations significantly effect our business; therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For full refund less $45.00 processing fee cancellations must be received a full 14 days in advance of your stay. Refunds with less than 14 days notice will be made only if your reserved days are filled by other guests. Note: Multiple room bookings are subject to 30 day cancellation policy and a 50% deposit.
