Each guest suite is furnished with a VCR, alarm clock, blow dryer, shampoo, soap, plush towels, robes, slippers, etc. All our rooms have private bathrooms. Our beds are of the highest quality with designer linens. Fresh cut flowers are placed in all the rooms, along with our dining room table centerpieces. We are an adult-oriented inn and regrettably no children under twelve or pets can be accommodated. Smokers are asked to use one of the outdoor decks. *Reservations are confirmed by one night's deposit, or by VISA/Mastercard. Rates listed are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Inquire about single person rates. Mountain bikes are available for our guests to rent at $25 per day.

Boat House Cottage

$259 (two night minimum) Queen bed, on the waterfront,
private dock overlooking water.
Bathroom is appointed with shower.
Kitchenette, with dining area. This private cottage is decorated in a nautical theme.

Cancellation policy:
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by one night deposit by check or credit card. Balance is due at check in. We are a small inn and last minute cancellations significantly effect our business; therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For full refund less $45.00 processing fee cancellations must be received a full 14 days in advance of your stay. Refunds with less than 14 days notice will be made only if your reserved days are filled by other guests. Note: Multiple room bookings are subject to 30 day cancellation policy and a 50% deposit. **If two (2) or more rooms are reserved on one credit card and the reservation is cancelled within 14 days, all rooms will be charged. This also applies to "no show" reservations. If transportation is booked, this, too will be charged on the credit card.
