Almond French Toast

- Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond syrup (coffee flavorings) or Amaretto liqueur
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Half & Half
Mix all ingredients well with blender.
Cut 6 large croissants (frozen), in half. Dip croissants in egg mixture
and put on hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup or honey butter syrup. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar and thin sliced almonds. Top with sliced kiwi or berries.

Fresh Fruit Breakfast Parfait

- Ingredients
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup Homemade Granola
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Cups Fresh Berries (raspberries and blueberries)
- 2 Kiwis
- Whipped Cream
Layer all ingredients. Top with whipped cream and a fresh mint leaf.

Fruit Smoothie

- Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen fruit (any)
- 1 cup fresh Seldovia blueberries or Salmon berries
- 2 Tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 cup juice (any)
Mix all in blender. This drink comes out different each time you make it.
The first two ingredients are the basis for the drink. Blueberries will turn it
purple, mangos will keep it on the yellow/orange side. Top with whipped cream
and a fresh mint leaf.

Smoked Salmon Souffle

- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs separated
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup slivered smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- pinch salt
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- few drops lemon juice.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter 4 individual Pyrex bowls. Coat
bottoms and sides with grated cheese. In a bowl, stir egg yolks, cream, salmon,
chives, lemon zest, cornstarch, salt and pepper. With electric mixer beat egg
whites with lemon juice until firm. Fold whites into yolk mixture. Fill bowls
with mixture and arrange on baking sheet. Place in oven - lower heat to 350
degrees and bake until puffed and golden. (10 minutes). Serve immediately.
