God sees us perfect because of Christ, not because of ANYTHING whatsoever that we have done. Did Jesus do more than the goat? Forgiveness was once and for all taken care of at the cross!!! Because of organized religion we are more sin concious then rightousness concious. We believe in the work of the devil more than we believe in the work of the cross.
3. Scriptures Where should we be going to search for truth. What did Jesus say? Search the Scriptures. And what did Jesus say the scriptures were? The Lawof Moses, The Psalms, and The Prophets. 4. Death and Resurrection Isa 28:14 - 18 Talking to the rulers, not the prostitutes, etc! 1Cor 15:20-22 This is the true doctrine of death and ressurection. It is not about our bodies but about Christ. Adam brought about the "death" of ALL men and Christ brought about the "ressurection" of ALL men. V 51-57, Isa 25:8 the last trump was at the cross
5. Predestination means determined before. Dan 9:24 seventth week of Danial. "end of sin" and "everlasting rightousness" were come at the cross. The most holy was anointed. Gal 1:4-7 Eph 1:4 +
6. Freedom Jn 8:36 - not freedom from bad habits/addictions but freedom Rom 6 - freed from accountability of sin Gal 5 - to be made exempt from ALL laws
7. Fulfillment Mat 5:17 - 18 not only the law must be fulfilled but also ALL prophecy. Also ALL law. And none will pass away until ALL be fulfilled. |
