	Lady Marion Seafoods, Inc.™ is a family owned direct market fishing business. Les and Judy Burtner along with their four sons, Matthew, Marcus, Garrett and Jesse fish in the Bristol Bay portion of the Bering Sea. They also operate a small factory in Anchorage which produces salmon quesadillas and a separate shop that manufactures Cedar-Plank Baking Boards™. Their mail order salmon is processed by hand, being filleted, trimmed, skinned, vacuumed packed and then flash frozen on board the F/V Jessie Lucile to ensure lasting quality and convenience. The Lady Marion Seafoods, Inc.™ business is located in Anchorage, Alaska which is serviced by modern air carriers making quick delivery of the fish products reliable.
	Along with our current salmon products we are continuing to offer our Holiday Special designed with gift-giving in mind. This Holiday Special features our new Grilling Plank and comes bundled with salmon fillets, smoked salmon, spices and recipes. The price is $85.00. This collection of selected products will be appreciated as a gift any time of the year! We ship all our fish products via FedEx next day air.	If you are ordering Cedar-Plank Baking Boards™ without fish they will be shipped priority via US mail. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
