This delicious sample menu features just a few of the culinary delights Prince William Sound Lodge offers:

Breakfasts:
Sourdough pancakes with local blue berries / bacon
Poached eggs / Lox / Potato pancake [local brown eggs]   
Mango filled French toast with pecans orange zest   
Served with fresh fruit platter   

Lunches:
Herbed Chicken Sausage / Tucson tomato bread soup   
Halibut salad sandwiches / Smokey corn chowder   
Turkey club sandwich / Black bean chili  

Dinners:
Appetizers: Fresh Prince William Sound Oysters, smoked salmon mousse   
Balsamic Pepper Steak / Rosemary infused mashed potatoes   
Grilled Salmon / Fettuccine with wilted garden greens  
Roasted lemon garlic chicken / rice pilaf & grilled vegetables
   
All served with fresh picked garden salad   
 

Desserts:
Chocolate torte, crème brulee, warm carrot macadamia cake with creme fraiche  

Wine & beer provided with dinner.
