A tremendous amount of information is now on the web. We have made a great deal of use out of the John L. Scott web site. (You do not need to use them as a real estate agent to use their page.)

Suggestions on its use:

• Create a login. This will allow you to save favorites that you can go back to.
• Look at the Map This Property. Then change to the Birdseye view. You can zoom in and see quite a bit of the neighborhood. But be careful - the blue house showing the location of the property is not precise. You will need to look for clues to help you identify the specific house.
• Look at View Nearby Properties (down in the lower right corner of the page) to find other properties near one that you are looking at.
• Use View Sold Properties to get a quick look at some potential comparable sales.

Bellingham Planning and Community Development is a place to look at community plans.

While not wanting to turn this into a commercial site, two other couples and ourselves have worked with Jeff Braimes and have been very pleased with his helpful, professional approach and would recommend him highly.
