Aerobics

The purpose of Aerobics is to improve ones cardiovascular health. Aerobics helps reduce risk of heart diesease and to improve ones quality of life.

Aerobics is a fun way to improve your health. We get to workout to the hippist music and do groovy workout combinations.

We workout by using steps, hand weights, and dynabands. There is a fitness test that includes upper, lower body strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which is given at the beginning and the end of the quarter class. This helps to chart a person's progress. One should workout at least 3 to 5 times per week to keep in good health.

I take Aerobics so I won't become incredibly fat, and so I can watch Mike Foster in weight training.-Kara Maze

I think Aerobics is a fun way to workout and stay in shape. You can become more flexible and the teacher (Mrs. Holly Adkins) is really nice. -Leitte Kajles
