This is not to scale, but the proportions aren't too bad. 

The downstairs layout is pretty similar, except for the sun room is only on the upstairs level and downstairs the living room/kitchen/dining area is all one big room with the washer, dryer and boiler under where the fridge and stove are in the kitchen.
