Members of the Eagles Aerie 35255 and Eagles Auxiliary of Kenai
gave a Santa party for client children.
Everyone had a great time.
Each year members of the Kenai Piecemakers quilting group bring beautiful quilts for the children residing in shelter.
These quilters work tirelessly to provide resident children a warm keepsake.
Children coming into shelter get to pick out a quilt for their very own. We wish you could all see the smiles on
their faces when they find “their” quilt. It is priceless.
Thanks to Ulmer’s (Homer) for fabric donations and some quilting. Quilts were made and donated by Kenai Fabric
Center, Jeneane Benedict, Sarah Waechtler, Ruby Windsor, Sue Bowen, Myrna Davidson, Connie Dillinger, Margaret
Goodman, Sue Bible, Sheila Holtzen, Elsie Albertson (Elsie made 49 of the quilts!), Pat Kissee, Nancy Peck and
Jean Douglas for all of your hard work. We appreciate you all!
