As the new owner of ___________, I agree to the following conditions of adoption:
I will provide adequate food, water, proper shelter, protection, training and any necessary veterinary care. All immunizations (shots) will be kept current.* (see record below)
I agree to provide adequate human companionship and grooming (see article "Don't Buy a Newfoundland")
I agree not to routinely leave my dog unattended on a chain.
I will place identification on my dog in the form of a personal ID tag, a Municipal Dog License and a rabies tag to be worn at all times on a buckle-type collar (not a choke chain collar).
I understand that many areas have a "leash law" and I agree to abide by the "leash law" while in these areas.
I will not use this Newfoundland for breeding purposes. If I received this dog as an unspayed/unneutered dog I will receive the $100 deposited refund upon proof of neutering.
I will promptly notify the Last Frontier Newfoundland Club if my dog is lost or stolen.
I will return the dog within 10 days of the date below for a full refund if this adoption proves unsatisfactory.
I agree to allow the Last Frontier Newfoundland Club to inspect the placement environment within 30 days of the date below to assure compliance with the above agreed to conditions of adoption.
I am adopting this dog at my own risk. I will not hold the Last Frontier Newfoundland Club or any of its members responsible for any damage or injury.
