Here's how it works. Email me your problem along with a contact email or fax address so I can respond to you. Give me a description of your computer, make, processor type, operating system, ram, hard dirve space and any other relative info you think might help. If you are unsure of these things I can contact you by phone and help you figure it out for a small fee.

I'll do a complete search on the internet for all the resources available for your type problem, including user groups, tech support, popular magazines and book articles, computer reference sources, manufacturer contacts and tech support, and any other miscellanious sources that come up. I'll provide you with a brief description of what I have found for free! If you like what you see, you can purchase my complete referenced report for 25 to 50 dollars depending on the details. That's all there is to it!
