Accommodations include:
The private suite has both a king and a double bed. The king size bed has a firm chiropractic mattress. There is also a hideabed sofa in the sitting room off the full kitchen. The suite can sleep up to six people. Private bath with shower/tub. Suzie's huge herb and flower gardens surround your private deck with sweeping views of the city, Cook Inlet, and Mt. McKinley in the distance. TV, phone, coffee maker. The rec room next door has a pool table and exercise area available for your use. Smoking is permitted on the deck only.

Enjoy complete privacy as our only guest for yourself or a family of six. Custom breakfast is in your own suite on your time schedule.

Hostess Suzie is a lifelong Alaskan and a gourmet caterer. She enjoys the art of food presentation and happily shares all of her recipes with guests. Suzie has been involved with Anchorage's public art program for the past 9 years. Host Jerry, a dentist, is also a pilot and avid fisherman. Two children in college, Chelsey (24), Tyler (23), and young Dakota (13) is still at home with Sadie, an Icelandic sheepdog.

Our guests can take advantage of discounts or complimentary desserts or appetizers at many local restaurants by showing Suzie's business card.

RATES
Rates are $150.00 per night, double occupancy, with each additional person at $35.00 per night. Laundry facilities at $5.00 per load. Personal Checks and Cash accepted. Seven (7) day cancellation policy. One night deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation within seven (7) days of reservation.

Check in after 4:00 PM with check out by noon is customary. First night deposit required to hold reservation. Please inform hosts in advance of plane reservations and arrival time so they will be home to greet you.

Full Gourmet Breakfast served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Suzie starts each morning with a delightful fresh fruit selection and will customize breakfast to your special dietary requirements. Breakfast before 7:00 AM is continental.

Special arrangements can be made for small meetings on premises.

Directions from Airport: International Airport road to Minnesota; turn right (light) on Minnesota; Minnesota becomes O'Malley. After going under the Seward Highway drive 4.3 miles; road turns left at end and becomes Hillside Drive. Go ½ mile. House is on left (Redwood) at the crest of hill with circular driveway. (20 minutes)
