We Live in Beautiful Soldotna Alaska. Home of the World Famous Kenai River. Where World Class King Salmon are wrangled throughout the summer. We actually live less than two miles away from several fishing locations. We invite you to come and stay with our family. Our guest house can be as private as you want it to be. No pets please. I am so excited to meet new people and make new friends. I look forward to having you as our guest. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, in each is a queen bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. A full service kitchen and a laundry facility all included. Private deck and use of Bar-B-Q. The complimentary continental breakfast consists of fruit, cereal, bagels or muffins with milk and orange juice. You also have use of a hot tub on a lower deck. So don’t forget your bathing suit. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Reservations and Refunds ¨ 50% deposit required to confirm reservations ¨ Balance due upon arrival ¨ Guests are entitled to a refund if cancellation is made 30 days or more Prior to confirmed arrival date. After that time, 50% of deposit will be refunded, up to 48 hours of arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. ¨ No refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.

Rates For Summer 2006 Whole guest house rates: sleeps 6 Per night rate: $150.00 Weekly rate: $ 750.00 ( your 6&7 night free) Additional per person over 2 is $25.00 per night
Per room rate: sleeps 3 Per night rate: $100.00 Weekly rate: $ 500.00 This option means you may share the apartment with 1 or 2 other guests. This includes the bathroom and kitchen and living area.
All Prices shown are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to 2% tax. I accept money orders and travelers checks. I also accept credit cards through the internet.
