Potato-less Salad

1 head (approx. 1 lb.) of Cauliflower, steamed
8 hard boiled Eggs, chopped
8 Green Onions, chopped
2 stalks Celery diced
1/2 C. chopped Dill Pickle
1 C. Mayo (or to consistency)
2 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard
2 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
Paprika

Steam cauliflower in microwave on med/hi  for about 10 minutes, until tender crisp, drain and let cool. Cut it to smaller chunks and mix all ingredients.  Top with paprika.  Chill at least an hour.
