1 pound Very Lean Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 Small Onion, chopped fine
Garlic Powder to taste
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Pizza Sauce (Check the carb count, I like Safeway's Select Verdi Pizza Sauce)
Pepperoni, Olives, Mushrooms, Onions, Sausage, Peppers
or any of your favorite low carb toppings
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Mix together the beef, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper.

Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch cake pan to form a shell.

Bake the shell 15 minutes, then pour off any excess fat. (Shell will shrink somewhat during baking...  After baking, I like to transfer shell to a cookie sheet for easy removal after pizza is done.)

On your beef shell, spread pizza sauce.  (Don't get too carried away)

Top with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with a healthy amount of shredded mozzarella. (I like to sprinkle a bit in between layers too)

Bake until cheese is browned and pizza bubbles.  (about 20-25 min.)

Transfer pizza to large cutting board and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.

This is even great reheated in the microwave the next day.
