Pizza Casserole by Hen

1 1/2 pound very lean ground beef
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pizza Sauce (check the carb count)
Pepperoni, Olives, Mushrooms, Onions, Sausage
or your favorite low carb toppings
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Brown the beef, garlic powder, salt, & pepper.  Drain off any fat.

Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch cake pan.

Drizzle a little pizza sauce over the browned ground beef.  (Don’t get too carried away, about 1/4 - 1/3 cup)

Top with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with a healthy amount of shredded mozzarella.  (I like to sprinkle a bit in between layers too.)

Bake until cheese is browned and pizza bubbles.  (about 25-30 min.)

Let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy.
