1/2 C Atkins Bake Mix
3 Egg Whites or ½
C Egg Substitute
1 Egg
1/3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
2-4 TBS. Water (to consistency)
1/4 tsp. Salt
5 drops Stevia
1 tsp. Vanilla
Makes approx. 8, 3" sized pancakes. 5.6 gm Carb for entire recipe.
MAPLE BUTTER:
Melt 2 TBL Butter
Add:
1/4 tsp. Maple extract
3-5 drops Stevia
Cream this, with more butter
that is room temperature, until you get the consistency you like.
(I use approx. 1/4 cup)
