Lloyd’s Pork Roast n Kraut

1 med. Onion, chopped fine                            30      7            1            0

6 oz. Apple Juice                                             80     20            0            0
Salt and Pepper to taste

*Carbs for sauerkraut 21 minus Fiber of 21 = 0

Brown the Pork, then slice in thirds (not all the way through).

Blend Onion, Kraut, Pepper and Garlic.

Place Pork in crock pot.

Stuff Pork slices with Onion mixture, and put the extra over the top.

Pour Apple Juice over the top.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
