Hen’s Sweet Milk Chocolate

8 oz Neufchatel Cheese*
1 Stick  Butter
2 Tbsp. (unsweetened) Cocoa
8 Tbsp. Splenda
4 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Yields about 120 "kisses"

Approx. Value per kiss 13.5 Calories, <.175 Carb.  .2  Protein, 1.31 Fat

Melt Butter (just until liquid)

Add Cocoa, and whisk with a fork to blend.

Add Cream, and whisk to blend.

In Cuisinart add the Neufchatel Cheese in 1 inch chunks, then add the Butter & Cocoa mixture, Vanilla and Splenda.  Blend until smooth.
Put creamed mixture into a frosting tube and squeeze out onto shiny side of butcher paper, making little "kisses", and freeze.

*Neufchatel Cheese is found with the Cream Cheese, and has 1/3 the fat.
