Hen’s Party Mix

1 Cube Butter  (1/2 Cup)
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 tsp.* Schilling Season-All, Seasoned Salt
1/2  - 1  tsp.* Garlic Salt
3 tsp. - 2 Tbsp.*  Worcestershire

2 bags Pork Rinds (I like Rudolph’s brand at Wal-Mart)
1 12 oz. Can Spanish Peanuts
6 - 8 oz. Beef Jerky

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Break the Pork Rinds up into approx. 1 - 2 inch pieces.

With kitchen scissors, cut up the Jerky in 1/8th x 1 - 2 inch pieces.

Place Pork Rinds, Peanuts, and Jerky in large roasting pan.

Melt the Butter,  and add the Seasoned Salt, Garlic Salt, and Worcestershire.  Stir to help dissolve the salts. *** Adjust amount to suit your tastes…  I like mine with a little "kick" so I use the larger amounts.

Pour Butter mixture over the Pork Rinds, Peanuts and Jerky.  Stir to coat all.

Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
