On the Koyukuk again! The Koyukuk River is a Class A category river where we raft, so it is very easy. You do not need any experience to participate on one of John's rafting Expeditions. But you would do the paddling! Remember, in 1999, the only rafting expedition will be in the Gates of the Arctic National Park on the Koyukuk River and since John is retiring in the fall, this is the last year for the Alaska Natural History Expeditions. |
