By mid-summer, bull moose (or is that meece, for more than one?) have put on most of their antler growth. Antlers are deciduous...that is, they fall off and are replace annually, unlike horns. We commonly find antlers of moose and caribou lying around on the ground on most the Expeditions. They make good back-scratchers and great souvenirs!
