Two new beers are out! North Face Extreme Stout and Cask IPA are both Phenomenal!
North Face Extreme Stout is a sweet stout with a rich chocolatey background and plenty of kick. If you can keep a secret, this beer makes incredible Stout Floats. It is available in growlers from the brewery and on tap at Humpy's and the Sitzmark... OG 1.072 FG 1.027 ABV 6.5%
Cask IPA is the next in what is quickly becoming a Borealis Tradition! Our Cask Line of beers is a fun and natural way to experience Borealis Beer. We racked off six kegs of our IPA before filtration and naturally conditioned the beer in the keg. The result is a very rich and mellow, well balanced IPA with tremendous Hop character and a nice malt kick. Available in Growlers at the Brewery while supplies last and Humpy's has commandeered two kegs. OG 1.050 FG 1.014 ABV 5.2%
