Classics Training Schedule
Step 1 (Start): Go to the local train station and find or click on link Train scheduleThis is to get you ready for the Whitepass railroad that runs from Skagway to Whitehorse.
Step 2: Stay up for two days. You will not be able to get much sleep so you must train for this too.
Step 3: Put on your cold weather running gear- hat, gloves, jacket, coolmax items, shoes and socks. These are the clothes you'll be wearing during the event and you should train in them.
Step 4: Go freezer and get a bag of ice and crush the ice.
Step 5: Bring a fan into the bathroom next to the shower and turn it on. Please make sure that the fan is pointed to the shower and turned on to high. A note of caution- please make sure that the fan cannot come into contact with you or any water as we wouldn't want to do anything that would be crazy.
Step 6: Go to the shower and turn the water on full bast all the way cold. Turn off lights, step into the shower and pour the ice on your head. Yes, with your clothes on! Remember, the lights are off because you will be running at night.
Step 7: Now this part is a little messy- Step out of shower, leave the fan running and head outside with your train schedule.
Step 8: Run to the nearest set of train tracks. when you arrive at the tracks, stop and open schedule. Find the direction of the next train and run on the track in the direction of the next train. When you see the train your almost done, speed up and when your about 100 feet away turn around and run like hell. If we see you again, you'll be a proud member of the Classics trainee program.
